This is an interior project we did for a client in Winterport. The home had a furnace blow back causing soot and smoke damage on all of the ceilings of the home. Not to mention the ceilings hadn’t been painted in quite some time before the accident. We addressed the smoke damage using a heavy duty stain blocking shellac and then proceeded to paint them all anew.

I had Kings Red Painting paint the wood trim on our summer home in Orland. I had never hired a painter solely based on Google reviews, but I am glad I did. Mathew and his team showed up on the date scheduled, worked hard, were respectful and completed the job ahead of schedule. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

I am very pleased with the job that Matthew and his fellow painters did at my home. He did an excellent job of color matching, painting, patching, and crack/molding repairs. The house looks as if it had a facelift :) I would definitely recommend King’s Red Paint

I couldn’t find a better painter to do our painting projects than Mathew and his crew. He is very good at what he does, great attention to small details, and aside from being reliable he is also an excellent communicator. Mathew and his crew did a very thorough painting job on our living room walls, kitchen, my daughter’s bedroom and our kitchen cabinets. Our house looked so much better, more modern, clean looking, and my kitchen is looking brand new. I highly recommend Kings Red Painting LLC for any small or major painting projects. You will not be disappointed. I will definitely use their service again in the future.
PS.
You will see the difference from the kitchen and living rooms before and after photos, now it’s so much brighter and more inviting. I didn’t have a before photo of bedroom it was plain white and the two-tone green combination transformed my daughter’s room.

Kings Red Painting – Exceptional Work and Service!
I recently hired Kings Red Painting for a large residential project, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They painted multiple areas in our home including a bathroom, hallway, dining room, kitchen, upstairs loft and hallway, and a two-story living room that required ladder work at roof level. The transformation is stunning!
Mathew, Bryce, and Chris were the painters on the job, and they were absolutely fantastic. Their attention to detail was meticulous, and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. Every room feels fresh and renewed, and the finish is flawless.
Beyond their skill, they were a pleasure to have around—respectful, punctual, and hardworking. It’s rare to find a team that combines professionalism with such a friendly demeanor.
I also feel that I received excellent value for the money spent. Kings Red Painting delivered top-tier results without cutting corners, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality residential painting.
Thank you, Kings Red Painting, for making our home feel brand new again! Jen and Pete- Bar Harbor

Mathew is professional and personable, he shows up when he says he's going to show up, and he gets the job done at an affordable price.

Our experience with Kings Red Painting LLC was wonderful. From start to finish, Matthew communicated quickly and thoroughly. We had wallpaper and a border removed and then the walls painted in our dining room. Our concerns about having paint near all of the wooden details were unnecessary because Kings Red Painting was very careful and took all the precautions to keep everything neat and tidy. I would highly recommend him for any paintwork that you need done for your home! Thank you so much for your help, Matthew!

When I purchased my new home, Mathew and the team at King's Read Painting were the first people I called. I wasn't interested in tackling a two-story entryway or ceilings on my own, and I'm so glad I reached out to them.
Mathew did a fabulous job, and the place was kept nice and tidy while he worked. The attention to detail and professionalism were evident throughout the entire process.
A big thanks to Mathew and the team for all their hard work. Highly recommend their services!

Matt did an outstanding job on my painting project, which included painting cabinets, walls, trim, ceilings all on the first floor of my home in Blue Hill. From the initial meeting, Matt listened carefully, asked questions, provided suggestions and explained the end to end process. Matt and his team worked with precision and was extremely organized! I greatly appreciated the collaboration with Matt on paint types and colors, leveraging his expertise. Matt also took on another project, painting old chairs, which came out beautifully! I can’t say enough about Matt and his team’s work! I look forward to working with Matt again.

Mathew and his crew were excellent to work with. Very professional. Except for a minor rain delay, the work was completed in a timely manner for a fair price. I am very happy with the finished result, and I would use them again, should I have another project. Thank you!

First class operation from start to finish. I contacted Kings Red Painting to paint kitchen cabinets in a home I'd just purchased in May. Matthew showed up on time and provided me a firm estimate and told me it would be the middle of September before he could get me on the calendar - but he committed to being done in about 10 days from start to finish. I reluctantly agreed to wait - and now I'm ever so happy I did!
True to his word, he was here on September 9th to begin the project was was completely finished eight days later - and the results are spectacular!
Professional, communicative, friendly, respectful - and best of all, flawless work. If you've got a painting project on your "to do" list, I would highly recommend Kings Red Painting!
Robert Duran
MATT did what he quoted in details. price of job was the best by far. would use again in a minute. crew was polite and didn't play around or play loud music. neighbors didn't even know they were here. only rain days made them a few off plan arrival.

Extremely hard working crew. Did wonderful work for a very fair price. Will hire again for our next project!

We hired Mathew and his crew to paint the exterior of our home and couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome! We live “away” so everything up until the start of the job was done through email and he always took the time to write thoughtful responses to my many questions from logistics to help with color choices! Communication was on point, they are a very professional crew, and they kept a clean work space! Would 100% hire again!
