This is a project we did for MDM Property Management in Downtown Bangor. This gentleman was a joy to work for and extremely well mannered. We hope to do more for him in the future.

To begin with, this apartment had a lot of class, being an older place that was already in relatively good shape. The color scheme was kept the same save for changing the gray to something a little darker and richer in color than the original (Dorian Gray).

I am a big fan of the color and name to boot. The painting we did was mostly to give the apartment a fresh look. We freshened up the trim, the walls, and the doors.

Before we came, the trim was dirty and worn out. The walls also needed some major loving. A little patching and a few coats of paint later, and voila!

The owner of MDM Property Management was very pleased with the result, saying:
